We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share it in the following circumstances:

  • Employer-clients: as part of a recruitment mandate, with your express or implied consent depending on the context.
  • Service providers: third-party vendors who help us operate our website (e.g., WordPress hosting, Google Analytics, CookieYes), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal obligations: when required by law or a competent authority.

Google Analytics may transfer certain data to servers located in the United States. Such transfers are governed by applicable compliance mechanisms (standard contractual clauses). You may opt out of this data collection through our cookie manager or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.


5. Retention of Personal Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or to satisfy our legal obligations. As a general guideline:

  • Information related to a job application or recruitment mandate is retained for up to 3 years after the last interaction, unless you instruct us otherwise.
  • Browsing data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to the settings configured in our Google Analytics account (by default, 14 months).

Upon expiry of these periods, personal information is securely destroyed or anonymized.


6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website is hosted on a secure infrastructure with encrypted connections (HTTPS).

In the event of a privacy incident likely to cause serious harm, we will fulfil our notification obligations to the CAI and affected individuals in accordance with Law 25.


9. Minors

Our website and services are intended for professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
