Defining the Mandate & Assessing the Industry Landscape:

Every search begins with a deep dive of the role, and broader business objectives. Beyond technical requirements, we seek to understand the operational realities, the culture, and the type of individual who will thrive in your environment. We also provide candid market insight and potential challenges.
Every mandate is approached individually. Some roles are highly defined with structured reporting, while others are more exploratory, allowing us to test the market and refine the client’s needs as the process evolves.

Network Activation & Headhunting:

We first assess our active network to identify individuals who may already align with the mandate. We are often already in conversation with professionals considering a move.
We then expand the search through targeted headhunting, discreetly approaching high-performing professionals who may not be actively looking but represent strong potential fits.
Early in the process, we may share an initial shortlist of profiles to confirm alignment with the client’s expectations and ensure the search is calibrated correctly from the outset.

Vetting:

Candidates are evaluated through in-depth discussions covering technical experience, career trajectory, motivations for change, and more. Our goal is to understand not only a candidate’s qualifications but also the broader context behind their career decisions and present them with context beyond the CV.

Candidate Presentation, Interviews and Recalibrating:

Select candidates are presented and we coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback from both sides, and help ensure expectations remain aligned throughout the process. Feedback following candidate submissions allows us to recalibrate and refine our candidate targeting.

Offer Negotiation & Due Diligence:

Once a preferred candidate is identified, we act as the intermediary and assist with offer structuring and negotiation. Reference checks, background verifications, and onboarding can all be handled as required.
